الوصف الوظيفي
Assist the Food Safety Manager in preparing a Food Safety manual to be followed by catering contractors

Assist the Food Safety Manager in setting standardization of Food Safety practices across all catering venues and areas

Assist the Food Safety Manager in selecting an appropriate consulting company that will facilitate the auditing of the implementation of the standard manual

Provide guidance to catering contractors in their compliance to the regulations

Coordinate closely with local authorities for any requirements that catering contractors must comply to

Assist the Food Safety Manager in preparing progress reports of the department

Monitor and audit the food safety deliverables of the catering contractors and the contracted Food Safety consulting firm

Investigate issues and risks that pertain to food safety regulations and report these accordingly

المهارات
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role and must have knowledge of the local Food Safety regulations

Strong operational catering background

Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.

Knowledge of food preparation and hygienic standards

Ability to deal with and resolve issues

Ability to work well under pressure

Must have a Driver’s License
