KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Description
Regular PPM & attend B/Ds for BMS- Mall & EC for below systems:
Lighting Control Panel/System.
IBMS TBD
CO Systems
Fuel Systems & Storage Tanks
FA/FF systems
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. (ITI or equivalent)
Knowledge in HVAC and building maintenance technology such as breakdowns and PPM.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
Well Knowledge about ELV Systems such as BMS, Lighting Control and AMR systems and relevant field devices etc.
Plan and schedule repairs.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Knowledge about understanding the variant ELV system and panel drawings.
Knowledge about termination, cable trace, cable pulling and using millimetre.
Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
