الوصف الوظيفي The Accelerator Program Specialist is responsible for the operations and execution of various components in TASMU Acceleration Program. This role is further responsible for supporting in successfully scouting and interviewing participants and startups for the program using a systematic process and criteria for selection. The Accelerator Program Specialist is further responsible for communicating the mission and increasing awareness of TASMU Accelerator with internal and external stakeholders including strategic and use case partners. The candidate is expected to support in the program delivery from start to finish including sourcing startups, coordinating with startup coaches, trainers and mentors, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the program including procurement, finance and minimal event support. Key Responsibilities: • Research and recruit startup companies for TASMU Accelerator programs. • Support the accelerator manager in day-to-day operations of the Program including administrative, financial and logistics needs of participating startup companies. • Contribute to the development of proposals to onboard strategic and use case partners for the program. • Actively recruit mentors and coaches for TASMU Accelerator participants and startup teams. • Develop relationships with mentors, coaches and trainers and other organizations to provide quality services to Program participants. • Support in preparation of various reports related to the KPIs and metrics of TASMU Accelerator. • Support alumni startups in securing anchor clients in Qatar, facilitating their access to investment opportunities, and providing needed support to maximize their growth potential. المهارات Degree in in Engineering, Management, Finance, Business or Computer Science, or related field a plus. Required Experience: • Knowledge of Entrepreneurship news, trends, terms, and insights. • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with successful record of strategy, management, and operations. • Knowledge and understanding of leading entrepreneurship teaching methodologies. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) and demonstrated ability to manage professional relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while sticking to deadlines. • Ability to think creatively.
