الوصف الوظيفي Technical: • Able to understand customer complaints and perform procedural repairs • Follow instructions of manufacturer, superiors in strategy-based diagnostic and repairs • Keep idle time to minimum and deliver high productivity and efficiency at all the time • Demonstrate the skills of up selling, fix it right time attitude, re-engineering and cut wastages • Must ensure all jobs carried out as per the quality standards and to customer satisfaction • Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements • Maintain clean working environment and neat housekeeping • Maintain vehicle repair data and records in DMS and filing • Any other responsibilities and tasks instructed from the superiors from time to time Customer Service: • Good approach towards customer service, vehicle handling and trustworthiness • Ensure that all necessary documentation and filing are carried out according to AHA P&P;المهارات Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Automobile Eng. Experience: Relevant years of experience in Cars, Truck & Bus workshop repairs.
