College/University Degree in Mechanical Engineering with thorough knowledge of QAP , QMP, and materials and site quality procedures in the construction field of Building services specially Fire fighting/Plumbing & drainage works as per ISO standards. He should be able to prepare and guide and ensure the quality standards as required as per the specifications and relevant standards for all such works. He should be capable of preparing all the relevant documentations with statutory approvals as per the requirements of the project. He should be responsible for all the timely inspections related works with its approval from the Client/Consultant of all such works. He should be able to prepare the quality based reports for monthly submission as well as daily/weekly reports for the Senior management/Consultant/Client.
