FACTORY ENGINEER

He should have an experience with MASA & Henke, FRIMA block and paver machines, Bemat Batching Plant, and Rino Tile machines. He will be most understand Machineries’ drawings, dismantling, erection, commissioning, modifications, steel work for mixers and well understand hydraulics, Electrical Mechanical, different concrete products mix designs…..etc

Responsibilities:

• In charge of factory operation such as production, planning, organize, lead and control factory to achieving optimum operation levels.
• Achieve operation improvement, reduce waste and ensure high productivity to improve the overall business profit margins.
• Ensure product quality control is in place to meet customers’ expectations.
• Ensure good practice of workplace safety and health in line with JKKP requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Electrical, Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in manufacturing or factory environment preferably in concrete products, or precast concrete industry and with at least 5 years in managerial position.
• Posses’ good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
