SCOPE:
Responsible for the development of all types of assessments, standardizing, and implementing uniform assessment procedures.
Ensuring that all assessments comply with the company standards for assessment/certification/re-certification activities.
Provides consultation and expertise in in the development of written and practical assessments.
Oversees and controls the development, implementation and assessment of Training Programs.
The requirement is for various disciplines such as English, Math, Electrical, PCST, Mechanical, Pipe-fitting, Welding and Operations.
DUTIES:
Coordinating and ensuring that the certifications are completed on time and accurately.
Analyse assessments and present feedback and recommendations.
Maintaining all records of the assessments.
Supporting the development of written and practical assessments.
Developing management reports for different departments.
Coordinating and assisting Subject matter Experts (SME) in the assessment development process.
Developing weekly and monthly assessment and certification statistical reports.
