Performs all duties assigned by supervisor, manager, and/or project teams.
Develops, maintains, and expands Scaffolding business relationships. Proactively manages accounts and expand business relationship with them.
Defines customers needs and actively participates with technical department for proposal preparation
Ensures efficient and effective marketing, advertising, and promotional planning.
Positively impacts the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions
Develops, reviews and reports on the business development divisonal strategy, ensuring that the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the Team.
Supports the overall process of management and cooperate decisions-making to ensure the organization maximizes its profit.
Presents a budget of the resources within the budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines.
Maintains and develops organizational culture, values and reputation with market, staff, suppliers and others related to work.
Maintains self development and continuing personal development.
Prioritizes the opportunities that are the most likely to fit company’s requirements and generate profit
Assists in all company’s Business Development policies & in General
Communicates with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategy, and operational plans.
Monitors Strong customer relationships and maintains detailed records of customer activities and market status.
Develops, updates and maintains the Co Prequalification Documents
Sets the Strategy of the Business Dep’t along with Targets
Studies all opportunities from all aspects of our business; cost, finance, risk and overall strategy and discussed with GM.
Reviews all estimates that are related to opportunities preordered by department to assure the scope meets the Client’s requirements.
All business opportunities must be discussed by a Team assigned by the RM and must be approved by him before proceeding.
Learns and trains others on products & services. Must become proficient cross-selling new products/services to existing/potential client base.
Serves as a member of Branch/Divisional operations teams to create process consistency, formulate operationalbusiness strategies, establish goals, and implement solutions.
Assists BD/Sales Leadership team to forecast and set annual Business Development budget and business plan.
Participates in bid package reviews, contract reviews, pre-bid meetings, bid strategy meetings, bid documentpreparations, company proposal development, contract negotiations, pre-qualification process, site inspections, bid follow up process, hand off meetings, formal bid opening, bid qualifications development, and project closeout meetings.
Learns and understands the Overall Comapny’s Business Development process and reviews branch marketing & business plan;develops a territory or plan to develop new business for the company; reviews primary marketing tools/resources/collateral; demonstrates the ability to communicate company services/capabilities to potential clients; learns how to use prospecting database, prospecting scripts, database letter process, proposal database, KCG/IKK Presentation ; qualifies various sales opportunities; learns how and when to sell a condition survey and becomes involved with industry trade association(s). Participates in BD meetings, sales calls, seminar facilitation, trade shows, sales team training events, and the development of other sales strategies and initiatives.
Works with Corporate Marketing Team to develop and implement Marketing Plans.
Routinely prospects to identify new business opportunities.
Assists in preparing project estimates and bids and performs site inspections.
Works with and serves as the primary point of contact with the customer
Attends company or industry training seminars to become more familiar with our industry, services, and product lines.
Attends trade shows, association meetings, seminars to promote services/products or to learn about industry developments.
Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of companyservices/products, and to provide sales support.
Confers with customers and engineers to assess needs and to determine requirements.
Creates sales or service contracts for products or services.
Develops sales plans to introduce services/products in new markets.
Develops, presents, or responds to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposalresponses and industry-specific solutions.
Engages team to diagnose problems with services/products.
Documents account activities, generates reports, and keeps records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.
Works with team to estimate cost for engineering projects, time needed for project, and time or cost for installation,repair, or construction projects
Identifies resale opportunities and support team to achieve sales plans.
Keeps informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy,existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
Utilizes Salesforce to track sales opportunities. Maintains sales forecasting reports.
Plans and modifies product configurations to meet customer needs.
Prepares and delivers technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Provides information needed for the development of custom-services / products.
Provides technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members.
Recommends improved materials or services to customers, documenting how changes will lower costs or increase production.
Researches and identifies potential customers for products or services.
Secures and renews orders and arranges deliveries.
Sells services / products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use.
Trains team members in the customer applications of technologies.
Functions as a contributor to assigned special – focused Business Development Teams
Interacts with other business lines
Visits prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to explain services, and to inform themabout product pricing, availability, and advantages.
Writes technical documentation about services / products.
Prepares formal letters & other written communication to customers/owners.
Develop, update and maintain the Co Prequalification Documents
Maintain a document control System following ISO, KCG & IKK procedures.

Background in technical sales and an existing client base within the assigned market / territory.

Thorough and legible documentation skills & Previous experience with a well structured Safety Program.

Experience using Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Mainly Presentation Programs (MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.)
