Job Description and Requirements
Country Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within Saudi Arabia . This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash , quality and HSE targets.
Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
Deliver monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
Produce business performance reports on a monthly basis.
Inventory , Cost control and process management
Liaise with direct reports to streamline the operations.
Expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of a Country Manager job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential
Maintains relationships and works closely with suppliers and clients as per NOV guidelines.
Follow country regulations and NOV Policy and Guidelines.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
Perform other works related tasks and require as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Management or equivalent .
Preferably with some financial qualifications or training
