· Efficiency enhancement of operations (Processes, best practices, work flow etc.);
· Manages the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy;
· Provides inspired solutions for day to day operations of the company;
· Intermediary between KSA & Bahrain and Corporate Supply Chain & Demand planning team;
· Overall compliance to country laws (SFDA & SASO compliance and product registration etc.);
· Follows up on Customs & Clearing agents;
· Improves the clearance procedures related to the incoming shipments;
· Supervises the Admins & PRO in KSA and Bahrain;
· Sets KPIs for the department along with corporate managers;
· Records all operation data, filing and archiving;
· Logistics support for events & activities;
· Customer Service enhancement and support;
· Responsible for sourcing & negotiating best third parties deals;
· Reviews all contracts and quotations signed for third parties;
· Handles replenishment files with corporate demand planning;
· Coordinates between Department Managers and Corporate Department teams;
· Accountable on Stock cover & forecasting management;
· Handles freight forwarders ;
· Managing Agility (Implementing contract & SLAs, Business review on monthly basis, Cost reduction, monthly invoice checking;
· Stock management (OOS, Over stock, near expiry, expired goods, damaged goods etc...);
· Coordinating FZE - KSA related stock;
· Supervising Dammam warehouse;
· Supervises all virtual warehouses (sales reps, trainers, training centers etc...);
· Monitoring showroom stock;
· Monitoring and managing sales returns process;
· Delivery optimizations & route planning;
· Handles Courier companies;
· Manages vehicles Outsourcing;
· Supervises drivers;
· Fleet management (maintenance, insurance, registration etc…);
· Responsible for KSA - Bahrain delivery process;
· Cost Saving initiatives across operational activities & third parties;
· Controls company assets;
· Manages Head office & district petty cash purchases (Suppliers, vendors, contracts etc...);
· Manages Uber file;
· Handles IT solutions & related topics;
· Masters ERP software on all levels & all Department related topics;
· Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance, attitude and professional appearance to reflect a good image of the company;
· Respects all of the company’s internal rules, policies and procedures;
· Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
