• Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the HR and Administration department / section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
• Coordinate with camp boss for day-to-day housekeeping of Offices, Hallways, Receptions & Comfort Rooms, in order to provide clean & hygienic work environment to MMAH staff.
• Prepare reports of HR and Administration department / section timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
• Receive, check, verify and pay bills of water, electricity and other utilities to ensure smooth operations of the business
• Identify, investigate and address the over consumption of utilities and the increase in bill rates and suggest to the HR & Admin director action plans to rationalize the consumption
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of HR and Administration activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
• Provide formal and informal feedback to subordinates in order to ensure their continuous development
• Arrange logistics & ordering of printing Business cards, Letter Heads, Job Cards and other printed materials.
• Prepare monthly summary report of all relevant invoices to be approved by HR & Admin director prior to submission for payment.
• Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies
• Arrange to insure or renew insurance coverage of all company assets on time, so that the company assets are not in peril.
• Complete competitor analysis by getting quotations from different Insurance companies and submitting to Management for their perusal.
• Participate proactively in negotiating for better insurance terms for the company’s assets and facilities Insurance Policies.
• Ensure on-time and accurate insurance coverage of Movable & Immovable properties of MMAH.
• Regular visit to different facilities with the Insurance company representative, maintaining the safety & Security of the facilities as per Insurance Criteria.

Proven work experience as an Administrative unit head, Administrator or similar role
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
Bachelors degree in relevent field
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevent experience
