Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Manpower planning, Budgeting, Succession Planning, Training & Recruitment
Assists in developing HR policy & procedure. Assists in review of employee performance appraisal
Responds to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources (e.g. answering procedural / policy questions)
Carries out organization assessments, makes recommendations for change, and helps design new organization structures and jobs. Helps establish organization-wide process that create organization health and employee satisfaction
Maintaining headcounts, attrition reports, and organizational structure
Process / prepare employee promotions, salary adjustments, yearly merit increase, bonus, etc
Review / prepare Job offers of selected candidates in line with company policy
Preparing MIS reports to the Management
Assist in HR special project whenever necessary such as reviewing policies & procedures, performance management, reviewing organizational effectiveness, etc.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; direct applicant to interviews
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years working experience in HR related activities.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, MS Visio, ability to work with minimum supervision, can work under pressure and adepts easily to changed situations / environments. Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgment. Awareness on ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Knowledge in HRMS system
Education Requirement Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or any related discipline.
