الوصف الوظيفي
Assume responsibility for effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation and maintenance of the systems’ hardware, software and related infrastructure.
Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories and storage in accordance with the standards and project / operational requirements.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs (e.g. backups).
Perform daily backup operations to ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
Performs the duties necessary to support and achieve accreditation and assures that facility is in compliance with all government, local laws, and accreditation standards
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, trainings and courses.
Adheres to SFHP-D hospital wide and departmental policies and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities
المهارات
Bachelor degree in any related field e.g. Computer Science, Computer Information System, Health Informatics, and Information Technology
Must have at least three (3) years related experience
Technical Acumen
Project Management
Incident Management
Business Relationship Management
Performance Monitoring
Good communication skills both in written and verbal form
Good reporting and presentation skills
