الوصف الوظيفي
· Following up all Daily Activities in the Production Department

· Updating and Analysing Production by Line and Item wise

· Coordinating with the Maintenance and QA/QC departments in all Maintenance and Quality matters associated with Production

· Ensuring Technically that all Production outputs meets Production and Quality targets

· Implementing and Maintain Production Department Procedures

· Monitoring General House Keeping Standards and Safety in the Plant

· Plan Shift Schedules and Labour

· Monitor the Performance of all Mills

· Monitor the improvement of the Manufacturing Process

· Assisting the Production Manager in all required issues

· Deputise for the Production Manager in his absence

· Implementation of QC and Plant Recommendations for all Defective Products

· Assisting in producing Customer Specification Reviews (CSR’s) for the Sales Department

امتلاك مهارات القيادة وتوجيه فريق العمل.
