QA/QC Mechanical Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Good experience in various types of motor used in industrial and commercial purposes.

2. Familiar with external and internal parts of the LV and HV motor.

3. Familiar with appropriate analytical tools and experimental techniques for Motor repair & Service.

4. Effective communication and reporting results through internal documentations.

5. Good knowledge in computer and report evaluation.

6. With an excellent grasp of engineering and design principles in motors products.

7. Familiar in manufacturing process and repair methods for motor products.

8. With good team working skills and good working habit.

9. Capable also of Mechanical Test and Inspection.

10. An awareness of the environmental impact of motor design ideas.

11. Work with internal resources and vendors to generate clear analytical concepts of motor failure.

12. Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis on site and in the factory.

13. Manage vendors claim and monitoring work process till the closing of the claim.

14. Develops materials & product specifications for repair using research, analytical skills, conceptual and planning skills, and computer-aided design.

15. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of services operations.

16. Helps to ensure goals are met by working with operations, Q/C, and supplies to clearly outline product specifications, discuss services process issues, and resolve service / repair problems in a timely manner.

17. Provide training / mentoring to less experienced department staff.

18. Generate innovative ideas, suggest new project areas and establish technical plans.

19. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and technical developments affecting areas of responsibilities.
