Act as the Safety Manager and maintain all aspect of Safety and Quality in the company
Conduct internal audits, training, and maintaining documentation
Ensure ISO 45001 Health and Safety standard is being implemented
Conduct safety trainings
Ensure ISO 9001 QMS is up to date
Ensure all aspects of Quality in the manufacturing plant are maintained
Liaise with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations
Evaluate and analyze quality issues in the production and introduce corrective and preventive actions
Control auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the Management Systems as per approved plan
المهارات
Experience in Asphalt Batch Plants, Road construction, steel works
Solid Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Ability to conduct Safety trainings on site and in the plant
Ability to maintain QMS and HSEMS documentation
Must have valid Safety Certificates from accredited organizations
Over 6 years’ experience in Safety and Quality matters
Have excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company
Possess strong planning, organizational, teamwork and presentation skills
Be computer literate with Microsoft Office to a proficient level with good typing skills
Engineering degree a plus
QHSE Manager with over 6 years’ experience in a contracting, construction or manufacturing company.
Only transferable Iqama accepted.
