A large roads construction company located in Dammam is looking for a Technical Office Engineer – Roads Section to serve as the engineering leader and technical office Engineer.
plan, manage, and monitor engineering and technical functions.
oversee various civil/roads engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion.
Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use.
Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff.
Conduct various tests and quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects.
Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
Prepare the construction method statements and risk assessments, and develop work methods and temporary works necessary for your area.
Prepare temporary works drawings and site related design drawings.
Prepare price breakdown analysis.
Prepare periodical reports illustrating project status.
Prepare workshop drawings, QS Submitter, Method of Statement.
المهارات
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
Experience not less than 10 years, at least 7 years working as technical office engineer for roads highway on larger projects.
English and Arabic languages fluency required.
Planning and cost control experience.
Capable to work under pressure in a delocalized environment.
Computer skills (Primavera P6, Auto-Cad, Earthwork, Office).
Quantities estimation skills.
Must be located in Saudi Arabia and having Transferable Iqama.
Team work personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
