Job Summary:
The incumbent would be responsible for business development & Sales for the location& adjoining geographies where the need is to build/bolster market coverage through channel partners.
Responsibilities/Key Deliverables:
Developing market strategies to penetrate the market and keep enhancing the market share
Responsible for establishing a strong channel partner base to develop & service the market/s
In addition to building the channel, establishing strong connect with major direct customers
Delivery of budgeted numbers year on year and achieving aggressive growth
Building Brands/Products by using appropriate promotional campaigns & communicating the value proposition of company’s products
P & L responsibility for business
Monthly reporting of MIS
Sales forecasting & inventory planning including consignment stocks.
Compliance with the local taxation/regulatory framework
المهارات
EXPERIENCE:
8-10 years experience in Engineering consumable Sales – specifically in cutting tools industry.
EDUCATION:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering
Requisite Competencies:
Strong technical/domain knowledge of the sector
Effective Customer connect – both with Channel & end customers
Strong Communication & Influencing Skills
Customer First approach
Coping with ambiguous situations & ability to solve customer complaints/handle issues with support from operations & Technical team in India
Ability to strategize, spot opportunities and build on them
