Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Holding company in the Eastern Province wishes to appoint a Human Resources Manager for its group according to the following conditions:
Business Administration Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or MBA degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership position in HR .
Qualified and has experience in the following aspects of human resources: Job Analysis - Performance Management - Recruitment and Professional Recruitment.
To be familiar with the establishment and development of the human resources department.
Excellent ability to handle HR technology ERP software.
Able to speak and write English fluently .
Has superior managerial and leadership qualities.
The ability to innovate and develop and bear the pressure of work.
High skills in planning and analysis .
The applicant must be a Saudi national .
