Lead and monitor the sales team performance and productivity level and keep them
motivated.
Plan and achieve targeted sales and recoveries through leadership of the sales team
Understand sales plan and communicate frequently to sales team.
Develop /maintain an excellent understanding of channels and the developments and trends
of the market.
Propose to and gain agreement from line manager for KPIs (coverage, productivity,
availability, and merchandising) for sales team.
Give input for development of channel strategies and implement approved channel
strategies, arrange effective periodic reporting of KPIs.
Review outcomes of action plans for sales and distribution.
Hold daily meetings with sales force, manage purchase orders, reports, recommendations, should listen to all stake holders, identify issues and needs, initiate appropriate remedies.
Conduct routine market tours and visits, evaluate sales force performance, contacting National Sales Coordinator and Product Manager for support and follow the branch stocks needs and market needs.
Supervise and monitor programs and schemes set forth for salesmen, be responsible for assigned budget
