Accountable for preparing the daily QC report and Share the quality check list with the corrective actions plus update on external & Internal rejections, ongoing customers complaints & with clear lead-time on completion and the cost of rejections
Accountable for the preparation of the Internal and external NCR and report it to the Department and the Management.
Accountable to response to the Customer Complaint within 24 hrs.
Accountable for developing the inspection procedure of the factory, from the incoming and outgoing materials, and making sure all the agreed upon measures are applied on the ground.
Accountable to assure that the rejections will not exceed 5% of sales and production output
Accountable for the Audit and all needed certification of the company; ISO, HACCP and customers plant audit.
Accountable for reducing the cost of rejections and waste by setting up tight measures in the daily inspection and process monitoring.
Accountable of making inspection according to checklist.
Accountable for making sure all tools and machines in the lab are working and validate.
Traceability documents for each work order including (machines, raw material, manpower, shift and time).
Accountable for preparing the monthly Q/C summery report on customers complainants, response time, root cause analysis & corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence, and total quality cost with traceability register
Accountable for continuous initiation of cost saving initiatives and ideas to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce the variable cost.
The customer’s complaint must be followed up and closed as soon as possible and within a week.
المهارات
academic certificate of at least a Bachelor’s degree
International Certificate in QC
At least 8 years of experience in the same field flexible printing
English language proficiency
