Accountable for the overall sales performance per customer, category & geographical area of previous month & compare with last year, plus gap analysis for shortfalls in the previous month, and expected following month’s closing plus updates on ongoing development & new leads, plus updates on cylinders inquiries for new or existing business
Accountable for three months rolling forecast preparation based on customers input if available and based on history customers forecast is not available. Forecast should be shared by the 25th of each month to allow other departments and management to in preparation of materials and other resources.
Accountable for maintaining the most profitable product mix based on sales price of SAR 20/000 with the ratio of 40:30:20:10 (Resin: High Shrink: BOPP: PE) or the most profitable mix.
Accountable for reviewing the sales team performance per customer and salesman vs. plan, plus gap analysis of shortfalls, and expected final outlook for each month or quarter or half year.
Accountable for fulfilling the orders on hand and compare with planned production to identify the gabs that caused any delay or partial deliveries, plus order durations
Actively involved in supporting the finance in collection and balance confirmation
Accountable for developing the subordinates and set goals for them financial and non-financial with clear constructive plan for any deficiency
Accountable to seek close agreement with customers for the Credit Limits and Terms.
Accountable to close all credit notes of the customers on each month.
Accountable for oversee the ongoing development and facilitate the approvals and work progress on new products, sampling, cylinders…. etc.
Making a production plan for permanent items with key customers in order to provide spare quantities to be supplied when needed.
Must develop each customer by full range of SKU.
Accountable for overseeing all sales related activities, like making sure the sales counter initiated, customer satisfaction survey, collection performance, sales target performance, and making sure to manage the customers’ relation through face-to-face meetings and maintaining proper communication channels and follow up on supply and developments.
Accountable for continuous initiation of cost saving initiatives and ideas to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce the variable cost.
Accountable of providing the credit limits and terms for each customer to finance department after take approve from GM.
Responsible for any delay in the procedures within his administration that led to a loss for the company.
Responsible for monitoring the availability of raw materials for the expected sales plan and request on our hand.
Must to maintain and develop company share.
Must to report the market environment with each customer to develop the business.
Responsible for developing the relationship with the client with all levels (financial, production, quality, in addition to purchases).
The customer’s complaint must be followed up and closed as soon as possible and within a week.

academic certificate of at least a Bachelor’s degree
International Certificate in Marketing and sales
At least 8 years of experience in the same field
English language proficiency
