Procurement Supervisor – Spare Parts
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Procurement planning and execution
o Managing vendor database with updated price lists, lead time, payment terms etc
o Managing suppliers, relationships
o Effective proactive liaison with other departments such as Sales& Inventory control: for procurement of right quality items at right time, with right quantity, from the right place with the right cost.
o Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts
o Cost saving budgeting and targeting
o Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
o Shipping and Logistics management
o International procurement issues (imports, exports, legal) awareness and management.
o Vendor Management.
o Ensuring vendor quality and delivery schedule by periodic vendor inspection and audits.
Operations Supervisor – Spare Parts
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Plan, coordinate, and manage the day to day operations.
o Oversee the daily operational problems, and ensure smooth business operations.
o Conduct office managementtasks
o Ensure compliance with rules & regulations.
o Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentations.
o Implement measures to provide motivation for employees.
o Oversee branch service departments and assure that they are meeting branch satisfaction.
o Dialogue with branches about complaint issues or queries.
o Perform training sessions.
o Communicateinformation to the departments filtered for management.
o Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.
o Review branches complaints and related statistics.
Regional Area Manager – Spare Parts
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Macro manage all aspects of Auto Parts Sales operations, including the day-to-day operation of Sales branches.
o Provide guidance and direction to the Branch Managers and regularly meet with them for coordination, problem solving and planning purposes.
o Review and investigate serious Branchproblems and recommend or initiate appropriate action.
o Prepare correspondence on parts sales issues on the area as required.
o Confer with company officials, and other concerned parties on Branch operations problems, procedures, and requirements while recommending or initiating appropriate actions.
o Analyze current and long term branchesrequirements and provide plans for meeting requirements and improving operations.
o Assist in meeting the management plans by developing objectives for the entire area under his responsibility.
o Assist the National Sales Manager in the handling of day-to-day problems, and act as a resource person on management and operationsquestions.
o Evaluate the BranchManagers performance and makes recommendations to the management regarding personnel under his supervision.
o Advisethe management and manage the area’s budgetary needs.
o Coordinate a review of the area’s management efficiency.
o Act as liaison between the company and branchesand the community, interpreting activities and policies and encouraging participants.
Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor – Spare Parts
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Manage all Warehouse and Logistics Operations such as inventory control, shipping/transportation, material handling, fixed assets and receiving.
o Oversee the process for incoming shipments from outside vendors, identify the damaged merchandise and ensure that it’s inspected into the system.
o Ensure all merchandise are transported to the correct branches in a timely manner.
o Ensure all receivers, inventory adjustments and billings are distributed to the appropriate departments on a daily basis.
o Monitor, safe, appropriate and organized use of the warehouse space
o Continuallymonitorand implement best practices and efficiencies in the warehouse and logistics operations to best support branches priorities.
o Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the personnel involved in the daily routing of deliveries, thestorage and movement of materials, equipment or supplies in stock, and those engaged in receiving, issuing and delivering parts and equipment including accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments to all concerned branches.
o Work with the procurement department to developing standards for warehouse stock, and set stock re-order point and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database.
o Ensure good working relationship with all colleagues at the warehouse, inventory control, operations, procurement, branches and management.
