Job Description:
The Retail Pro Administrator will be responsible for providing
- Hardware and system support for Retail pro (V9)& (V8)
- Installation, set-up, upgrades, administration.
- Designing and generating all reports and managing the stock checking process in the shops.
- Ensure smooth daily showroom operations related POS updates and support.
Skills:
- Proficient in Retail Pro 8 and 9.
- Should be a Retail Pro Certified Specialists.
- At least 5 years in the retail pro field.
- Good all round knowledge of operating systems, programming languages and database administration.
The below certifications is recommended
• Retail Pro Systems Engineer (RPSE)
• Retail Pro Reports Professional (RPRP)
• Retail Pro Applications Expert (RPAE)
