Head of Corporate Finance الوصف الوظيفي Middle East / Cyprus The company A leading Group of Companies Responsibilities This is a great opportunity for a high calibre individual who seeks a position of challenge in a fast pace, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will lead the Corporate Finance and Treasury functions of the Group and will report to the CFO. Main responsibilities include: • Lead the development and implementation of the finance strategy of the Group • Direct the corporate financial planning process to deliver financial plans and analysis in alignment with the Group’s strategic financial plan • Manage the evaluation and execution of corporate finance transactions • Assume full day to day responsibility for liaising with the Banks, maintain and develop relations as well as attend meetings as required • Coordinate the provision of banking facilities for the Group and lead negotiations with the Banks • Manage banking facilities and ensure compliance as per agreements • Undertake research and analysis and perform sophisticated financial modelling • Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and reporting to Senior Management and make appropriate recommendations • Support and advise Senior Management on the preparation of Group’s business plans • Liaise with external associates, other experts and relevant authorities Profile of the ideal candidate • MSc in Finance/Economics/Business/Accounting or in a related field • Professional Accounting Qualification will be considered an advantage • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a senior managerial role, including proven experience in corporate banking with exposure to international banks • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Computer literate • Knowledge of Greek and English • Will be required to spend extensive periods of time in the Middle East Benefits An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
