Company:
Our client is a multinational Project Management and Engineering firm which operates in the railway sector. They are currently involved with the management of the Design of a new metro project in Saudi Arabia in Riyadh.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cost monitoring and Control
Maintain, monitor and control project budgets, through Project Controls system, and issue variance reports on monthly basis
Follow cost control procedures and code of accounts.
Perform cost analysis for construction activities.
Maintain, monitor and update the Change Control Registers
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
8 to 12 years in mainly Cost Control Engineer position in MEGA Construction project and in MEP background is preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in using Primavera P6, Unifier Scheduling and SAP software’s
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting
