Civil Superintendent

Job Description
Responsible for the execution of the site wide infrastructure, boundary wall and entrance security building works.

The Civil Superintendent will report to the Site Manager.

The Civil Superintendent will be responsible for a civil works execution team, consisting of Civil Engineers and Civil Foreman. This execution team will report directly to the Civil Superintendent. The Civil Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that his team is working effectively and to the best of their ability at all times.

The Civil Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling material deliveries, sequencing of works to ensure that the programme, safety standards and budget are maintained.

The Civil Superintendent will be required to supervise and organize the works. The Civil Superintendent will hold weekly meetings with his sub-contractors and execution team to ensure that the all parties are working effectively, safely and to programme.

The Civil Superintendent will be responsible for planning, scheduling and requesting materials in a timely and effective manner.

The Civil Superintendent will be responsible for managing, monitoring and enforcing high safety standards during the execution of the works.
