الوصف الوظيفي As the Sales Engineer, the job holder shall be responsible for the sales in an ethical manner and safety compliant which is a paramount requirement. He is responsible for the countries in MEA region. This geographic area can change according to business requirements. ACTIVITIES -Responsible for preparing commercial quotations and product proposals. -Visiting existing and potential customers. -Providing technical support to our existing customers. -Performing detailed market studies including assessment of competition. -Preparing accurate sales forecasts. -Reporting results on a monthly basis -Following on customer’s evaluation of our samples -Assist in the logistics aspect of the business -Performs other essential duties as the need arises CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT -The job holder is working in an international environment. He or she is dealing with many customers of all levels from different cultures in various markets. -The jobholder must be able to professionally satisfy the customers’ requirements. -The job holder should ensure smooth and efficient contacts with order processing chain (customer, sales engineers, financial department, supply chain, accounting, product department, plants, shipping agents, …etc.) located in Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East. ACCOUNTABILITIES -Improve reactivity to handle customers’ requirements -Ensure that customers are satisfied with our services.
