الوصف الوظيفي The Planning and Q/A Engineer is responsible for providing leadership and planning and directing activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality systems and standards. Roles & Responsibilities 1Maintain applicable quality system certifications, i.e. ISO, AS9100, etc. 2Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products. 3Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical. 4Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities. 5Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility. 6Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability. 7Direct and provide guidance on quality issues and interpretations. 8Participate in internal and external quality audits. 9Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing parts. 10Identify non-compliant, incomplete or substandard procedures, for activities involving employees and/or contractors in the plant 11Implement and maintain Quality Improvement Programs. 12Quality control plan development, root-cause problem solving and creation of engineering test reports. 13Review, understand and incorporate customer quality requirements. 14Develop short and long term action plans to improve quality assurance effectiveness and efficiency. 15Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection. 16Ensure to conduct walk around checks regularly to monitor quality controls. 17Assist in the review of customer purchase orders, contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans. 18Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities. 19Develop quality control and quality management systems. 20Monitor the quality of the equipments 21Perform other duties as assigned المهارات DesiredBachelor’s engineering degree PreferredMaster degree in same major & CQE certified Minimum Experience Minimum4 - 8 Preferable8 - 11 Required Skills 1.Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles 2.Knowledge of applicable legal requirements 3.Hazard Risk assessment 4.Aspect Impact assessment 5.Knowledge of spillage containment 6. Knowledge of handling HSE emergencies 7.Knowledge of identification and classification 8.Knowledge of Emission Monitoring 9.Excellent communication skills in English Language 10.Computer literate. Able to use Ms Outlook for correspondence. 11.Be able to use SAP as end user. Work Condition While performing the duties of this position, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions. In high precarious places he may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or chemicals risk and electrical shock.
