Job Description
To monitor the project and ensure cost control including reconciliation of material to find out wastage of materials being used at site.
To ensue preparation of Bill of quantities for civil.
To prepare the of unit cost statements at the project.
To ensure preparation of monthly invoices.
To ensure preparation and verification of monthly invoices of contractor.
To ensure preparation of claims / change orders etc.
To assist management to finalize the sub-contractors rates.
To survey the quantities of the material to be used or involved in the construction of the project.
Any other task assigned by the management.
