Conduct regular safety observation tour at sites to Monitor HSE function at the project.
Maintain QHSE Management System to a level that fulfills the Policy and Objectives of Companyorganize evacuation mock drills to meet the annual planControl the investigation activities for sites accidents, incidents and near misses Ensuring the safety of staff.
Conduct regular, scheduled inspections& audits to report findings to QHSE Manager.
Support the projects team in terms of taking the right action to close non-conformance against HSE that mighthappens during internal or external audits.
Assess& develop workplace safety performance to make sure of the legal compliance for the company in allworkplaces.
Communication HSE monthly message to all staff to keep the awareness.
المهارات
Having an experience With Aramco Construction Building Project
Having Certificates (OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH) Is a must
communication skills
Negotiating.
Supervisory and leadership.
Teamwork.
Analytical thinking.
Detailed Oriented.
Fluent in English
