Coordinate and develop appropriate control budgets to consistent with project estimate.
Check the Client Invoice to Ensure that it was captured the actual quantities.
Develop appropriate internal and external benchmarking and technical limits To ensure they are in accordance with best practice.
Prepare the Enterprise Periodical Report for Sub- Contractor- Cost Variance.
Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Prepare the Report- Project Cost Variance (Resource Variance, Project Cost Report, Physical Invoice and Productivity Variance).
Conduct effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
Collect & check daily report from Site Engineer, Foreman, Timekeeper and Storekeeper regarding manpower, materials and machinery.
Recording All Lessons Learned of the Project per Scope of Works For the purpose of continuous improvement.
Sub- contractor requesting documents submittal, keeping and providing to Project Person when required.
المهارات
Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Civil Engineering, or Any Related Field.
Related work experience in office work, documentation and cost control.
Ability to persuade others about Company Policy, Objectives and Project Control aspects.The ability to priorities and plan effectively.
Work under pressure and to deadlines.
Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and S.A.P. - Software is highly advantageous.
MS office computer applications especially word and excel.
Similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling preferably in Construction / Contracting Industry.
