Studying, reviewing all the IFC drawings and identifying the design related issues by comparing civil, structural, drawings with architectural drawings and finishes and submitting TQs, FCDs to present it to the client.
Receive , updating & distributing all the replies of the TQs, FCDs from client to the technical office manager and QC manager to work on it and finish it on Time.
Submit all the architectural related submittals to the client from the procurement department to get any comments from the client.
Organize internal progress meetings with P.M, C.M & all the construction team members to view the last result in the project.
Completing the TQs, FCDs on time to match with schedule planned
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree Architect Engineering.
Supervising Architect work on site.
7+ years’ experience in similar work. He should have at least three (2) years supervisory experience in projects construction.
Emails and other Window based Applications (Excel, Work, etc.)/AutoCAD.
Solving Problem & work under pressure, Leadership skills
