Perform Interior Design Engineering designing, activities, ensuring all aspects of operation and associated processes are in compliance with project specifications and completed within Planned time and budget constraints.
Modify & Resolve the problem in Interior Design drawing and responding to technical queries from Consultant / Client to deliver the project on scoop within budget and time schedule.
Control Technical Interior Design contract documents and amend it as needs and engineering reviews to give it for site engineer for implementation.
Identify and supervising design changes in drawings to ensure the work site execute with local & international standards.
Distribute to sites detailed drawings according to the course of business for the readiness of the site work which required for the implementation of schemes accredited business without disruption.
Check the Latest and Modernized Interior Design Concepts and Motifs with proper coordination with the Procurement and Material Departments in considering the budget cost recommend improvements on conceptual design and specifications.
Identify Interior Design Drawings and report problems to the Project Control Manager and Technical Office Manager to solve it as time schedule.
Coordinate and prioritize targets and to work with Project Control Manager, Technical Office Manager and All Technical Office Engineers for a table of priorities commensurate with the work schedule.
Participate in Construction corrective actions and ensuring resolution of nonconformities
Civil / Structural and Electro- Mechanical Disciplines:
Continuous coordination by discussing charts in the presence of All Disciplines
Consultant discussion in all the drawings submitted for adoption.
Adoption of amendments or parts that have been re‐designed the project and as per Client required.
المهارات
Bachelor of Science in Interior Design / Architecture.
Technical Office Concerns and Technical Techniques.
Extensive familiarity on Technical Interior Design and Architectural Design Works.
5+ Years of Experience.
Company Policy, Objectives and Project Control aspects.
Familiar with all the Architectural Engineering Methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related to Interior Design Works for building projects.
Detailed Oriented.Mastering AUTOCAD.Other related software in Interior Design / Architectural Works.
MS Office, Working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of Interior Design Engineering and the Basic Requirements of other Engineering fields.
