The Job Holder is Responsible to Supervise the team of the Branch to achieve the desired level of servicesprovided to customers, and manage, coordinate, control, and monitor all activities, items, appearance andall other factors that affect revenue, budget, and reputation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Operations-Supervise all the activities within the branch to ensure gainingcustomer satisfaction.-Solve, solicit and provide logical fast decisions to overcome anyproblem or conflict may occur during work between any parties.-Supervise operating and activities for the team in housekeepingperformance and attitudes.-Maintain high standard in the Food and Beverage services; makesure that operation in the branch is running smoothly-Coordinate all daily branch operations, conduct briefing, ensurehygiene & cleanliness of service area, and assign staff duties.-Coordinates with quality/products development to accommodatespecific requirements of customers and ensure they are realized. Sales-Ensures the achievement of the sales targets as set by Area RetailManager with the time and cost budget specified.
-Monitors the market dynamics within the designated territory ofthe outlet continuously and coordinates with other functions withinthe outlet to maximize sales.-Monitors performance of sales continuously and guides theactivities of the counter salesmen, production supervisors, andcashiers.
Team Management-Manage the staff work in service, behavior, effort, routing andshifting to ensure optimal utilization of available resources.-Implements specific performance standards in such key areas assales targets; evaluates performance against these standards;coaches and assists the personnel in improving their performance. Marketing-Conduct research on local market competitors, customerdistribution, holidays and occasional habits in Saudi Market.-Provide recommendations about Food and Beverage; ranking forthe demand preferred flavor…etc.-Implements brand promotions, as planned by Manager Sales andMarketing, and manages effective roll-out to achieve plannedincrease in market coverage/share.-Maintains optimal utilization of shelf spaces within the outlet inorder to maximize sales potential.-Examines sales and marketing statistics to gauge customerpreferences, volume potential, price schedules, and discount ratesfor the Branch. Customer Relations-Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships withexisting and new clients.-Ensures customer satisfaction by investigating complaints andamicably resolving customer’s issues. Reporting-Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets andother reports required from time to time to the Retail Areamanager.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE: Minimum QualificationBachelor Degree in Marketing / Sales or related field Minimum ExperienceExperience of more than 4 years in retail sales management. Other requirements-Ability to make sound business recommendations based on financial principles.-Highly collaborative approach with effective negotiation and influencing skills to act for change.-Excellent project management skills, leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on flawless execution.-Ability to interact with a multinational workforce with tact and understanding in order to minimize conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment through counseling andpatient handling of issues.-Well versed in local laws & Compliance and preferably international commercial practices.
