• Search and screen potential profiles to match requested positions’ descriptions from all defined recruitment sources.
• Conduct relevant tests and Competency Based Structured interviews needed to qualify candidates.
• Conduct the exit interviews meeting, analyze the reason of resignation.
• To develop, analyze and update the company’s Organization Structure and recommend amendments or efficiency improvements based on business needs.
• To review, analyze and update the company’s evaluation program.
• Responsible for creating, reviewing and revising job descriptions.
• To develop and maintain a Staff Handbook of HR Policies and Procedures.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
• Implement HR Matrix and competency models;
• Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Employment & Labor laws.
• Advertising the job vacancies on career website and managing the e-Career accounts (like Bayt)
• Applying and Follow up of new employee bank accounts opening lost cards and salary transfer issues.
• Preparing full and final settlement for resigned and terminated staffs as per labor law
• Approach various insurance companies and arrange insurance for all staffs
• Prepare monthly payroll reports for all staffs
• Prepare and process payroll for all employees through the system.
• Calculate monthly over time and incentives
• Accountable for all benefits administration (with specific responsibility for activation of payroll) and Department Records and Reports.
• To develop, analyze and update the company’s salary budget.
• Responsible for the implementation and development of the Company’s Compensation and Benefits system.
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
• Apply effective communication strategies.
• Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys.
