الوصف الوظيفي The main and major concentration for the Restaurant Manager is to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty along with general supervision and assistance to all staff while focusing in depth to keep the standards of the brand. Supervise and be available on the service floor during hours of operations. In charge of handling customers complains and feedback to improve and develop food and service. Responsible for customer comments card in branch and reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met. Responsible for opening and closing restaurant. This includes balancing the amount of daily cash/credit received to reported sales. A daily deposit was made the following morning. Performed daily food order, then checked invoice against charges and inventory received. Attention to details was crucial to ensure that the best product was received and restaurant was billed appropriately. Schedule the weekly or monthly duties for staff, along with the off days in addition to responsibilities per daily shift to achieve weekly rotation per staff. Assist shift in charge, supervisors and team leaders to handle their shift properly and report any of the indiscipline actions or complains to the management. Assess the training of new employees and staff according to the time plan, with advising for new and old staff regularly. Perform a Monthly Evaluation on each staff member as per assigned standards procedures. Performing daily opening and closing procedures as per given form or delegating it to supervisors or team-leaders for other shifts. Assure ultimate cleanness and hygiene in the branch. Perform a Daily Inspection in the branch for staff using the given standard procedures. Ensure the existence of all needed equipment or materials in the branch. While ordering the right amount of need to get items from the warehouse that needed for daily operations. Coordinate with Maintenance Department for maintenance any of the shop equipment immediately. Keep track of items labeling for the batches and check daily on expiry dates for all food and drinks items, batches and ingredients in the shop. Coordinating with purchasing department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. The Restaurant Manager is directly responsible when it comes to delivering the inventory reports to the management while supervising the daily inventory procedure daily according to the given report. The Restaurant Manager is responsible of all food wasted by his team. It is his duty to monitor all transactions and operations in the outlet and will be in charge of all unreasonable and non-reported wastage in the shop for all items appearing in the shop. Performing the breakage report and wastage of cutlers utensils and equipment. Assisting the Managements’ periodical inventories and attending the counting procedures. Evaluate the performance of shop for products quality, sales, materials consumption, services, employees and customer’s feedback in a detailed monthly report given to the management. Perform other duties as assigned by Direct Manager, including work in other functional areas to cover absences of relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload. المهارات Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. Graduate in the same field. Strong Leadership skills. Must be PC proficient. Good computer knowledge (ms word and excel) Demonstrates strong financial/analytical abilities.
