KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Surveillance Systems Maintenance
Troubleshoot issues faced by surveillance systems, and provide required solutions to resolve the issues
Perform required preventive maintenance for surveillance systems as per vendor instructions
Assess technical situation, using technical knowledge and expertise, and arrange work to be carried out in order to provide a cost effective, acceptable solution
Participate in the project execution lifecycle with SED and provide assistance in testing and commissioning newly installed systems and facilities, in order to maintain operational performance
Coordination and Communication
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure safety, health and operational standards are met for all surveillance systems maintenance activities
Comply with all relevant SQE procedures and controls to ensure employee health and safety, regulatory compliance, delivery of high quality service and environmentally friendly behaviors
Liaise with internal and external colleagues / contractor / suppliers / partners to ensure maintenance delivery
Coordinate with Maintenance Control to ensure that major system failures / repairs that may impact ATC Operations are communicated to AIM to issue NOTAMs
Policies, Processes and Procedures
Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
excluding the requirement for Proficiency in Arabic Language.
- Experience with Raytheon Radars
- Minimum experience: 10 years
