الوصف الوظيفي
1) Enforce safety policies and procedures.
a) Implement safety policies and procedures and ensure adherence.
b) Co-ordinate with Project/Site Manager, Site Engineer and Area Supervisors and Foremen’s in matters relating to health, environment and safety.
2) Perform safety inspections on both sites and equipment
a) Conduct daily safety inspection and motivate work force to work safely.
b) Check the availability of First Aid Kit, medicines and Fire Fighting Equipment.
c) Ensure that critical lift plan and work permit shall be secured, and crane operators are competent, qualified with valid 3rd party
certificate, and authorized to do the operation.
3) Conduct safety training and meetings
a) Conduct toolbox meeting with all employees and their supervisors regularly.
b) Attend Safety Management Meeting’s to discuss safety matters and recommend all necessary precautions to prevent or minimize the risk or hazards present at the worksites.
c) Design training programs to provide safety awareness education.

1) Trade skills:
a) Working knowledge of The Workplace Safety and Health Program and related legislation.
b) Knowledge of enforcement procedures.
2) Interpersonal skills:
a) Ability to maintain effective work relationships.
b) Knowledge of the interface between labor and management in the workplace.
c) Good oral and written communication skills.
d) Good organizational skills.
