Progressive Global Energy is leading international Recruitment Company providing both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to clients within the Energy Sector.
From our Dubai office, we are currently looking for a Generators service manager to work on a thermal power plant based in Saudi. This will be a 3 months extendable contract working with a well-known company in the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
BS Electrical Engineering Degree.Extensive experience in power generation field service, including a solid understanding of steam turbines, combustion turbines, and generators.Demonstrated ability to multi-task and resolve conflicts.Strong customer orientation.Direct experience working with teams of non-exempt, exempt and contract personnel.Demonstrated ability to influence non-directs and accomplish objectives.Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to direct others.
