-Proficient and capable of managing all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operation of the port portfolio including but not limited to, customer engagement, solution discovery and recommendation, project management, customer data collection, and scheduling.
-Conducts a progression of customer conference calls / web meetings to review customer requirements, project scope, timeline, and actions steps need for a successful installation of required costumers’ port systems.
-Makes decisions on adjusting and changing implementation direction based on business variables and outside factors.
-Provides recommendations of the vending equipment, financial, for capital asset deployment and operation.
-Responsible for the successful completion of all related databases and reporting.
-Develops installation project scope of work and document to successful transition project management requirement.
-Must be able to perform all tasks required to launch a new program including, contract review, equipment ordering, and schedule installation.
-Ensures project tasks are completed on time and maintains ongoing communication among all project stakeholders.
-Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
-Organizes, prioritizes and executes the completion of vending projects.
-Support all designated team goals and objectives.
-Support the inventory management needs of all stakeholders internally and externally in a timely manner.
-Interacts with customers and associates in a positive and constructive manner.
-In support of MSC’s Lean initiatives, evaluate, document and recommend changes in methods and procedures to maximize efficiency and promote overall team success.
-Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.
المهارات
-A recognized University Degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical - Supplemented with a Degree in Business, Finance and Accounting with minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management.
-Experience with port management and operation.
-Experience with ISO55000.
-Must be able to communicate effectively in English language.
-Knowledge of computers and basic software applications: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
