Requirements:
• On-going technical advice and site supervision
• Supplying plans for the infrastructure
• Consideration of health and safety aspects of site and making sure these standards are adhered to
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, etc to better plan projects
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Managing parts of construction projects
• Overseeing building work
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure they meet standards
• Supervising the staff
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff,
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
