Good knowledge about the site conditions and quality parameters.
Should be able to identify any metal defects which needs repair in order to get a good
quality anti corrosion job.
Well verse with the application of primer and adhesives appropriately.
Should be able to identify visual defects, holes, bubbles, porosity etc. and to do proper
repair work.
Good understanding of the application of rubber sheets and minimize the wastage of
rubber material.
Follow the instructions and direction of the supervisor and adhere to the safety rules and
regulations in the factory and at customer location.
Proper knowledge of the vulcanizing activity.
Grinding and finishing of the end product for handover.
Proper housekeeping of workplace after work and tools and tackles to be kept in
appropriate position.
