• Train, coach and evaluate team members. Ensures observance of Continuous Quality Improvement
• Manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery and Coordinates with the concerned department.
• Work with the team for empowerment and giving assistance to assess staff training relevant to this work position
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure quality and goals are met.
• Facilitate successful projects between Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality Control
• Provide assistance in assembly of product and promote assembler cross-training and growth path initiatives
• Giving assistance to assess staff training needs to provide on the job training and assist in maintaining records of all training carried out.
• Re-assure the compliance of all activities in the projects with the Quality Improvement Department.
• Carries out other duties within his knowledge and capacity as required by the Production Manager.
• Ensure equipment and tools are secure and used correctly
