الوصف الوظيفي Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Conducts technical coordination with concerned departments and among divisions to ensure progress of maintenance plans. Consults with other concerned staff to study and solve problems related to maintenance of assigned facilities. Reviews work schedule of maintenance projects and if necessary, makes technical advice on its activities such as material procurement, contract management, and projects schedule control to ensure comprehensive and accurate plans. Monitors comparison between actual expenditures and budget and explains any variances, when requested to verify plans. Controls process on AGOC e-ticketing portal to capture maintenance plans and update history. Coordinates with AGOC Schools to review maintenance services offered. Receives and processes notifications of maintenance by AGOC Schools to create work orders. Prepares reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards. Receives Invoices from the approved Vendors/Contractors, reviews & verifies for accuracy and confirms that the services/products delivered are in accordance with the contract terms & conditions. Initiates the payment process and submits to CTU for creating Purchase Orders. Compiles various reports such as Monthly Project Update, Monthly Project Activity Report, and other technical reports, to report to Supervisor. Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
