- Knowledge of Building Mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Design softwares used in projects.
- Construction processes, phasing of work and stages of Billing.
- Understanding of P, M, E, Civil, Structural and safety practices and architecural systems to be used in the project,
- Scheduling of the construction.
- Standards of construction and building codes.
- Project File Name conventions and how to segregate the Data for Clash resolution with interaction of the 2D drawings and the BIM modeling.
- Coordinate with the vendors.
المهارات
- Registered mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience.
- Communication skills to communicate with Vendors, Consultants and construction leads and Saudi ARAMCO.
- Computers and basic knowledge of Application softwares such as MS office and able to read construction schedules (PRIMAVERA)
- Previous Saudi ARAMCO experience
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
