Manages the department and staff the 3 sections: Procurement, Warehouse and Materials Planning & Control.
Takes the lead in achieving a well-organized plan and schedule of all required supply chain and materials management related activities in the plant through effective planning & organizing, communication and coordination with all operating units.
Individual Objectives:
The cycle time of Purchase Request and Purchase Order conversion.
Deviation planned value of purchases to the actually required one to be less than or equal 1% of the total issued Purchase Requests’ value; ensure synchronization of SAP and PMS Inventory
Issuance of the Purchase Order of the spare parts.
Performance Indicators:
PR responses to the Requesters (Average actual cycle time / Required cycle time).
Deviation between Planned PR and Issued PR (Total actual Purchase Orders Value / Planned Purchase Requests Values).
PO and Shipments Deliver responses.
