Candidate must have previous experience in:
The Study, Take off quantities and pricing of all (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works).
Can prepare technical & commercial proposals, collect quotations, make estimates and pricing of all mechanical items, aware of productivity rates, unit prices, method of construction, …etc.
Worked in 1st, grade Contracting Companies.
Familiar with private sector projects, such as high rise buildings, 4-5 star Hotels, Luxury Compounds, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Palaces, Office buildings,...etc.
Candidates with previous consultancy work experience will not be preferred.
Candidates having extra previous experience and background as technical office engineer, procurement engineer, design engineer, value engineering...etc. are preferred.
المهارات
5-10 years of experience, with Min. 5 Years as estimation/costing engineer.
GCC experience is a must with Min. 5 Years in KSA
Must be familiar with and having Excellent command of all related programs and software.
Arabic, English fluent read/write.
Having a valid driving license is preferable.
