Summary: Caryy out plant quality control activities as well as product and packaging development trial, testing, verification and validation activities Main Responsibilities: Perform, as required, sampling, inspection and testing of incoming, in-process and finished products. Perform in-line QC inspection, plant hygiene audit periodically Record, analyze and report quality control data as well as nonconforming products and quality issues Perform laboratory consumable items (Glass wares and chemicals) inventories Assist to organize and perform product development trials and testing based on guidelines/advice from QA Manager. Assist to perform new packaging material verification and validation Assist to revise and maintain specification for raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products Report any HSE incident using appropriate reporting form and liaise closely with QC and HSE to correct possible deviations from the standards Ensure that all work done and material used must meet and with the compliance of the guidelines settled by the management Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping, ensure safety and security of staff and assets in order to safeguard people and property from accidental or deliberate loss and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Ensure punctuality and discipline and foster integrity, mutual trust and team spirit among production staff, and encourage good working relationship with all factory staff, contributing to a collective good team spirit and labor ambience in the plant. Maintain good working relationship with QC, Maintenance, Production and Warehouse departments based on mutual trust Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
المهارات
Sound knowledge of Food Security and Quality Standards
Good knowledge of QA/QC tools and techniques, systems, Standards and regulations. Problem Solving & Analytical Ability Familiarity with edible oil laboratory equipment Familiarity with microbiological analysis
