الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide various reports to the sales team such as Daily Stock / Daily Sales / Order vs. Invoiced etc.
- Follow up on sales target achievement providing necessary analysis such as, principle vice budget vs month to date achievement to the sales team
- Direct interaction with customers’ supply chain for order acknowledgement and delivery schedule
- Order management from entering the order in SAP to final shipment.
- Maintain communications with Head Office to delivery management through the complete logistical cycle from factory to customer
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers, Operations, Accounting, and Logistics for a smooth day to day operations
- Process Sales orders generated from sales team making sure stock availability with required freshness limits and on right price
- Process all the orders on Business to Business system and make sure the on time delivery in full
- Follow up on sales orders / Picking process / Invoicing process & Delivery with internal departments such as Warehouse Operation / Finance
- Generate Stock request, follow up with Demand and Dispatch Planning team on Stock Transfer Orders and delivery in order to maintain the availability at branch for Modern Trade sales
- Maintain updated assets records and HR details for Modern Trade at branch level
- Conduct Market Visits to monitor availability of the product, the promo plan implementation and planogram implementation.
المهارات
- Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing Sales, WH Operation or related fields
- 1-3 Years of experience as sales support function
- Preferably have basic understanding of Sales & WH Operation
- MS Office & Windows Operating system
